Who we are
Form Folly is a DBA of Plainfield Creations LLC and is operated from 2012 E Randol Mill Rd, Ste 210, Arlington, TX 76011, United States. Contact: info@formfolly.com, +1 (214) 785-1070.

Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We can decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece is mispriced, if we cannot make it, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken when you order, because production starts on your order.

Made to order
Every piece is made after you order it, so the object you receive is new and made for you. Small variation in color and finish between production runs is normal and is not a fault. Photos may show a different colorway from the one you pick. Yours is made in the colorway you choose.

Product use
Our objects are decorative and household items. They are not toys, not food-safe, not dishwasher-safe and not rated for outdoor or high-heat use. Some Workshop items carry their own age guidance on the product page. Follow the care instructions on each product page.

Intellectual property
The original designs, photographs, product names and text on this site belong to Form Folly. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them, including by scanning or copying a piece you bought.

Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review or a photo, you give us permission to show it on the site with your first name. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes
We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
