Refund policy

Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. The piece has to be unused and in the condition it reached you in. Every Form Folly object is made for you after you order it, so please open the parcel and check it within a few days of arrival.

How to start a return
Email info@formfolly.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within two business days and send you the return address. Please wait for that reply before posting anything back, because a parcel with no order number is hard to match to a refund.

Who pays return shipping
Our fault: wrong item, damaged in transit, or a flaw in the piece. We pay. We send a prepaid label and you choose a replacement or a refund.
Changed your mind: you pay the return postage. We refund the item price once the parcel reaches us.

Refunds
We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving with us. Your bank can take a few days longer to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.

What we cannot take back
Gift cards
Anything returned after 30 days, or returned used or damaged

Cancelling an order
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, as long as we have not started making the piece.

Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will replace the order or refund it. Send a photo if the parcel arrived damaged. No return needed for a damaged piece.
